If the exhibitor cannot find a suitable location on the floor plan in fall 2025, their deposit will be refunded in full by check or bank transfer. Otherwise, no payment is refundable, unless the event is cancelled, in which case the exhibitor will receive a full refund.

In the event that the 10-working-day deadline for payment is exceeded, the reservation will be cancelled. Prices are already discounted by 3% for payment by cheque or bank transfer. For payment by credit card, the no-discount price will apply.

At least 60 days before the Training Innovation Summit, each exhibitor will receive an "Exhibitor's Guide" detailing all logistical aspects. The exhibitor undertakes to read this document in its entirety and to inform his representatives on site of its contents.

The exhibitor authorizes the organization of the Sommet de l'innovation en Formation to film and photograph his booth as well as the members of his team on site. The exhibitor also authorizes the Training Innovation Summit organization to publish this audiovisual material for promotional purposes.

Sharing a booth with another exhibitor is permitted, provided each organization pays the full booth fee.

Each organization attending the Training Innovation Summit must ensure that it has at least $2 million in liability and damage insurance coverage in connection with its participation in an event such as the Training Innovation Summit.

To ensure the excellence of exhibitors at the Training Innovation Summit, the organization reserves the right to request customer references from organizations wishing to reserve a booth.

We reserve the right to refuse any exhibitor's application at our sole discretion. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any financial consequences arising from this refusal. The organization reserves the right to determine the location of an exhibitor in the hall. Also, if the exhibitor does not meet the deadline for setting up his booth, the organization reserves the right to take back his floor space and use it at its own discretion. The organization reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor's reservation request for the Training Innovation Summit and is not responsible for any event beyond its control taking place during the Training Innovation Summit. The organization cannot be held responsible for any breakdown of audiovisual equipment beyond its control, which would force the cancellation of a conference.
