You can already secure your place by filling in the following pre-registration form. This will enable you to secure your selection order, which you will make in the spring of 2024 at our official launch in March. This pre-registration is free of charge, and all you have to do is make a $2,000 deposit, which will be deducted from your final invoice. This will also ensure that you have an advantageous location in our hall, and the chance to present a conference if required.

Timeline

From September 30, 9am to October 4, 2024, 4pm: priority to sponsors.

From October 9, 9 a.m. to October 11, 2024, 4 p.m.: priority to former Training Summit exhibitors who have sent in their deposit.

From October 15, 9 a.m. to October 17, 2024, 4 p.m.: priority to exhibitors who participated in the last edition of the Training Summit.

From October 21, 9 a.m. to October 23, 2024, 4 p.m.: priority to exhibitors who were not present at the last edition of the Training Summit but who have sent in their deposit.

October 28 to October 30, 2024, 9am to 4pm: priority booking for exhibitors who have already taken part in an LGX Group event.

From November 1, 2024, 9am: reservations open for all exhibitors, without exception.

By completing this form now, exhibitors will be able to complete their online booking in OCTOBER, according to their status category. As a result, he considerably increases his chances of getting the location of his choice and a good place in the presentation schedule for his training extract.

Reservation forms are processed in chronological order of date of receipt.

If payment deadlines are not met, booking priority will be based on the date payment is received.

A reservation for $1995 (+ taxes) includes:

General terms and conditions

If the exhibitor does not find a suitable space in the floor plan by October 2024, the deposit will be refunded in full by cheque or bank transfer. Otherwise, no payment is refundable, unless the event is cancelled, in which case the exhibitor will receive a full refund.

In the event that the 10-working-day deadline for payment is exceeded, the reservation will be cancelled. Prices are already discounted by 3% for payment by cheque or bank transfer. For payment by credit card, the no-discount price will apply.

At least 60 days before the Training Innovation Summit, each exhibitor will receive an "Exhibitor's Guide" detailing all logistical aspects. The exhibitor undertakes to read this document in its entirety and to inform his representatives on site of its contents.

The exhibitor authorizes the organization of the Sommet de l'innovation en Formation to film and photograph his booth as well as the members of his team on site. The exhibitor also authorizes the Training Innovation Summit organization to publish this audiovisual material for promotional purposes.

Sharing a booth with another exhibitor is permitted, provided each organization pays the full booth fee.

Each organization attending the Training Innovation Summit must ensure that it has at least $2 million in liability and damage insurance coverage in connection with its participation in an event such as the Training Innovation Summit.

No bag distribution will be tolerated at the event.

To ensure the excellence of exhibitors at the Training Innovation Summit, the organization reserves the right to request customer references from organizations wishing to reserve a booth.

We reserve the right to refuse any exhibitor's application at our sole discretion. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any financial consequences arising from this refusal. The organization reserves the right to determine the location of an exhibitor in the hall. Also, if the exhibitor does not meet the deadline for setting up his booth, the organization reserves the right to take back his floor space and use it at its own discretion. The organization reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor's reservation request for the Training Innovation Summit and is not responsible for any event beyond its control taking place during the Training Innovation Summit. The organization cannot be held responsible for any breakdown of audiovisual equipment beyond its control, which would force the cancellation of a conference.

Deposit*
