Fascinated by the world of business and public affairs, Pierre has made it his mission to help and give a voice to young business people in Quebec. This is what he does on a daily basis in his role as CEO of the Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec, where he also acts as employer representative on the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail.
Pierre has worked with organizations such as the Quebec National Assembly and Surmesur.
A sportsman, scholar and volunteer, he devotes his spare time to triathlon, golf, reading and community involvement. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Fondation IUCPQ (Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie du Québec).
He holds a master’s degree in international law from the Université de Cergy and a master’s degree in international economics and politics from Université Laval.

Harold Dumur obtained his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Université Laval in 2011. In 2014, he founded OVA, creator of StellarX, an AI-assisted 3D content creation platform for non-programmers. This AI collaborates with creators, assists them in the process of building immersive and augmented worlds, helps solve creative problems by suggesting ideas for visual scripting and content creation, and takes over non-creative work.
In 2017, it presented the StellarX platform at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. In 2018, OVA ranked in the top 3% of virtual and augmented reality startups worldwide according to HTC. Under his leadership, OVA has won distinctions such as the OCTAS Startup of the Year in 2019, the Serious Play Awards in 2020, the MobileHero Merit Award in 2024 and the Innovation, Transformation Digitale – ADRIQ award in 2023.
